It checks whether a UK rent-to-rent or serviced accommodation deal makes money before you commit. Enter the rent to the landlord, your running costs, and your expected income, and it returns a GO, MAYBE, or NO GO verdict with an occupancy stress test.

What is the occupancy stress test?

For serviced accommodation it models the deal at occupancy levels from 100% down to 50%, so you can see whether it still profits in a quiet month. A deal that only works at full occupancy is a fragile deal.
