I trained with Aspire Property Group, Assets for Life, Simon Smith Online, and PIN before starting my own rent-to-rent business in 2022. From 2024 I mentored for Simon Smith Online, working with hundreds of operators before going independent in January 2026. Along the way I kept seeing the same pattern. Talented people losing deals they should have won. Not because they lacked knowledge. Because they lacked the systems, the credibility, and the infrastructure to back up what they already knew.

Launched Brick Beta
Launched the Brick beta so any operator could build a professional, compliant property website in five minutes, without a developer and without excuses. Now live at onbrick.co.uk.
Went Independent
Went independent in January 2026, focusing on 1-to-1 mentoring and the property tools, with Plots & Leads and Brick providing the websites and software operators need.
