I have been in rent-to-rent since 2022. I mentored operators, including for Simon Smith Online from 2024, before going independent in January 2026. Today I mentor 1-to-1 and build the property tools alongside it.

Everything I teach is a system I developed in the field, not theory. Not advice from someone who read about property. A way of working built from the inside out.
