Free subscribers receive selected newsletter content. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Paid Substack subscriptions are managed and billed through Substack's platform. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to Substack's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Refunds and cancellations for paid Substack subscriptions are handled in accordance with Substack's refund policy.
You may cancel your paid Substack subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Our learning platform at learn.roxiedoesproperty.com is operated under the Edivvi trading name (a trading name of R2 Relocate Ltd) and powered by Supabase. By creating an account on the learning platform, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive.
Sessions are booked through our Cal.com scheduling system. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.
