Roxie Does Property is a trading name of R2 Relocate Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roxie Does Property website at https://roxiedoesproperty.co.uk and all related services, including mentorship sessions, audits, and consultations (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Services Description

Roxie Does Property provides property mentorship services for individuals interested in rent-to-rent (R2R) and serviced accommodation (SA) businesses. Our Services include:

• One-to-one mentorship sessions (30 minutes, 1 hour, or emergency sessions)
• Discovery calls
• Business audits (financial systems, tech stack, portfolio health check)
• Mentorship bundles and packages
• Async support add-ons

Booking and Payment

Booking

Sessions are booked through our Cal.com scheduling system. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded in full
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
• If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session

Nature of Mentorship

Our mentorship services are educational and advisory in nature. Important points to understand:

• Not Financial Advice: We do not provide regulated financial advice. All financial decisions are your responsibility.
• Not Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice. You should consult qualified legal professionals for legal matters.
• No Guarantees: Success in property investment depends on many factors. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
• Your Decisions: You are solely responsible for all business decisions you make based on our discussions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Roxie Does Property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Information shared during mentorship sessions is provided for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed, published, or sold without our written consent.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information you share during our sessions. However, we may use anonymised case studies or general examples for educational purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

You agree to respect any confidential information shared with you during sessions and not to disclose proprietary strategies or methods to third parties.

User Conduct

• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roxie Does Property, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the website without permission
